How do I create an account?

How do I deposit money?

What are wagering requirements?

Where can I view and edit my account details?

How do I opt out of receiving newsletters and promotions via email and SMS?

Visit 'My Account' then 'My Info' and from there you can untick the relevant boxes for Email, SMS, Phone and Post. But remember, all of our best offers are sent out via our communication channels.

My deposit failed, why?

How do I access my Transaction History?

How do I withdraw my money?

Once you're logged in, select your profile icon in the top right of the screen and select 'Withdraw'. Alternatively, select 'Visit the Cashier' and then click the 'Withdraw' tab on the left. You will need a balance of at least £5 to make a withdrawal and you will then be able to request funds to be added to either a credit or debit card or PayPal.

How long does it take for my withdrawal to be processed?

While all withdrawal methods take 2 business days to process, the withdrawal completion times vary. Withdrawal to credit and debit cards may take between 4-7 business days, MasterCard between 3-5 business days, via wire transfer can take between 7-10 business days and withdrawal to a PayPal account will take between 4-5 business days.

Is there a limit as to how much I can withdraw?

No. Unless you win one of our on-site jackpots, you may withdraw any funds that you wish to.

I haven't received my withdrawal. What do I do?

Can I put a limit on how much I play with?

Yes. You can set deposit limits by entering the Cashier and then clicking 'More'. From here you can set transaction limits, daily, weekly and monthly limits. Increasing your limit will take effect after a minimum of 24 hours. Decreasing your limits will take effect immediately.
